Ashtanga Yoga links breath and movement through a set sequence of postures. The sequence of postures is slowly memorized over time. Through this method each practitoner is able to move forward at a pace that is appropriate for their needs.

Once payment is proccessed you will recieve an email with the link to all classes and the google calendar for the semster. The 10 class pass has a one year expiration from the date of purchase. Balance of classes can not be transfered to month memberships.
